Mullein Leaf Extract and BreathiZen®
Mullein leaf is the first plant on the BreathiZen label, a tall herb with wide, fuzzy leaves.*
Mullein Leaf Extract explained
Mullein grows tall in open fields, on dry hillsides and along quiet roads. The leaves are wide and covered in tiny hairs, so they feel like velvet. In its second year the plant raises a tall spike of small yellow flowers. Herbal traditions have used the leaves for many generations.
Where it comes from
Growers dry the leaves and then concentrate them. A 10:1 extract takes roughly ten parts of dried leaf to make one part of extract. In BreathiZen it is one piece of the spray blend, so there is nothing to brew.
What it does in the blend
It is listed first because BreathiZen is made to support comfortable airways and healthy lung function.* It opens the Supplement Facts panel.
