Mullein Leaf: From Field to Bottle
Mullein is the first plant on the BreathiZen label. See where it grows, how it is processed and what 10:1 means.

Spotting the plant
Mullein shoots up beside country roads and across dry, sunny fields. The leaves are wide, fuzzy and soft to the touch. In the second year a tall spike of tiny yellow flowers appears.
From leaf to extract
Growers harvest the leaves and dry them. The dried leaf is then concentrated into an extract, which can be mixed into a liquid formula.
Decoding 10:1
A 10:1 extract is made from about ten parts of dried leaf for every one part of finished extract. A small amount in a spray therefore comes from a larger amount of leaf.
Why it leads
Mullein leaf is first in the formula because BreathiZen is made to support comfortable airways and lung health.* It sits beside ginger root and organic lemon extract.
